We had an amazing stay at Ayhan's place! The home was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, supermarkets and Marmaris was a 19 minute drive, making it easy to explore the city.
The host was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. The little personal touches, like taking us on a tour of local immunities and supermarket on our first day was really helpful! The fruit from the trees that you could pick daily really made the stay feel that extra special. The famous Jesus beach was 10 minutes away from the villa, definitely recommend this! It's a please to go if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to be apart of it too! Peace and tranquility at this villa! We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much 😊

Alright so this is a long but detailed review so here is the TL;DR the host is a lovely lovely man who is there 24/7 to help.
The house is exquisite and immaculate.

As soon as we entered for checkout we had a lovely smiling man greet us, he took all our bags and gave us a tour of the place which blew our minds. We needed sims so he told us exactly where to go and how to get them which made the holiday stress free. On the second day he told us he owned a jewellery store and took us and all of the jewellery was made in house. It was all real (I am still getting my ring evaluated so I will update soon) and he gave us tea and made us feel at home.

If we needed something he would. Organise to us. We wanted to do shisha he sorted it out.

Finally, I've never missed somewhere abroad than this Airbnb. I never usually go to the same place twice within the year but I am going to make an exception. I miss this home….

From the moment we arrived at Ali Baba Villa, we knew it was special. Perfectly central to explore all the region's activities, yet peaceful and private, it felt like a dream. The huge, lush garden overflows with fruit trees — pick and enjoy nature's sweetness. The swimming pool is large, sparkling, and perfect for lazy afternoons. Beside the villa flows a tranquil river, where you can kayak up and down, surrounded by calm.

The heart of Ali Baba Villa is its people. The host, his family, and every worker care for the place and their guests with a warmth and dedication we've never seen before. Their hospitality turns a beautiful property into a home you'll never want to leave.

For a blend of nature, relaxation, and adventure, this is the place. Highly recommended.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung und können diese nur bestens empfehlen. Unser absolutes Highlight war der beheizte Pool, der während unseres Aufenthalts mit einer Art Gewächshaus überdacht war, so dass wir auch im Dezember baden konnten.
Die Unterkunft war perfekt sauber und gepflegt und die Gastgeber unheimlich freundlich.
Die Villa befindet sich auf einem Grundstück mit zwei anderen Villen, ist aber komplett privat und eingezäunt.
Wunderschön ist auch der Zugang zum Fluss mit einem hervorragenden Sonnenuntergang.
Auf dem Grundstück gibt es wunderschöne Obstbäume und fußläufig kann man auch einen sehr gut sortierten Supermarkt erreichen.
Wir würden definitiv gerne wiederkommen und auch länger bleiben.

Öncelikle ev sahiplerine teşekkür ederiz. Her zaman anında yanıt verdiler , anlayışlıydılar ve yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar. Tatilimiz süresince en keyif aldığımız şey evin bahçesinde zaman geçirmek oldu, doğası havası gerçekten bize çok iyi geldi. Bir tarafta orman, bir tarafta dere ve diğer tarafta havuz özellikle çocuklar için çok eğlenceliydi. Evin içi de son derece ferahtı. İhtiyacımız olan herşey vardı. Sadece evi tutarken farkedemediğimiz nokta ayni bahçe içinde 3 evin olmasıydı , bu evler aralarında mesafe ve bitkiler olsa da ne yazık ki tam bir izolasyon olmamasıydı. Yani diğer evlerdeki misafirleri görüp duymamız söz konusuydu. Tek yadırgadığımız konu bu oldu diyebilirim.

Bence en güzel tarafı evden çıkıp sandala atlayıp dereden denize doğru kürek çekebilir oranlarda yüzebilirsiniz. Yastıklar bir tık yumuşak olursa harika olur. Herşey tertemiz, odalar, banyo, mutfak.. Arka tarafta restoranlar var yürüyerek bakkala restoran gidebilirsiniz. Harika sessiz ortam. Bazen sinek olabiliyor. Sinek kovucu yanınızda bulundurmanızı tavsiye ederim. Heryerde olduğu gibi bir durum. Ayhan ben çok ilgili eksik olan birşey varsa anında çözüyor. Herkes güler yüzlü, çok keyif aldık. 5 gün hangi ara bitti anlamadık. Şehire 20 dk mesafede. Ayrıca diğer Marmaris köylerine çok yakın harika bir lokasyon. Doğru karar vermenin keyfini yaşadık. Tekrar teşekkürler…

Ailemle şahane üç gün geçirdiğimiz bu şirin evi çekirdek ailelere veya az kişilik gruplara özellikle tavsiye ederim.Ayhan Bey çok samimi ve yardımsever bir ev sahibi,kendisine teşekkür ediyoruz .Bahçemiz, havuzumuz hepsi çok keyifli ve huzurluydu.Her şey fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibiydi,mutfak malzemeleri o kadar çoktu ki bulaşık makinesini çok rahat kullandık.Havuzun olduğu bahçe cephesine diğer evlerden kimse gelmediği için mahremiyet açısından rahattı.Havuzun önümüzdeki sezona yenileceği bilgisini de aldım.Buraya gelirseniz çok güzel huzurlu bir tatil geçireceksiniz.

Bu muhteşem villada 9 gece konakladık. Herşey görselde göründüğü gibiydi. Özellikle havuz ve jakuzi tasarımı efsaneydi. Bahçede bulunan meyve ağaçları harikaydı. Ev sahibimiz gerek ev ile ilgili gerekse Marmaris' e ilk defa geldiğimiz için yapılacak faaliyetlerle ilgili sorduğumuz tüm sorulara içtenlikle ve hızla cevap verdi. Villa merkeze yaklaşık 15-20 dakika gibi bir mesafede olup araçla ulaşım gayet rahat. Marketler çok yakın olup villaya yemek siparişi de gelmektedir. Marmaris' e geldiğimizde konaklayacağımız tek yer artık burası olacaktır. :)

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Ali Baba Homes. Die Unterkunft entsprach genau der Beschreibung und all unseren Erwartungen. Alles war sauber, gepflegt und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt.
Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an Yunus Bey. Er war jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert.
Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Ayhan was a phenomenal host. He was very attentive and quick to respond. Very lovely man and would definitely recommend!

The villa is packed with amenities to make you feel at home and the heated swimming pool was a must for us. The accommodation ticked all the boxes and I would highly recommend staying here. A home away from home under the sun.

Had a great experience staying at Villa Alibaba, the home and it's surroundings are beautiful. Ayhan was a lovely host, made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and was always on hand for anything we needed! He gave us recommendations for local food, which was helpful and they were nice too! Will hope to be back again in the coming year - thank you Ayhan and family!

The accommodation was very clean, and the staff took great care to keep everything spotless throughout my stay. Everyone was extremely polite, friendly, and respectful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I truly appreciated their hospitality and attention to detail. I would definitely stay here again, and I hope to visit again next year. Highly recommended!

Прекраное место, очень уютное, красивое, есть несколько WI-FI, красивая мебель, Smart TV, все удобства, гель для душа, всякие пренадлежности для ванны, полотенца, тапочки, хозяин очень добрый и притный человек, подсказал где найти морепродукты, посидел с нами за столиком где дал нам возможность приготовить рыбу и креветки)

Kısa tatilimizi harika doğası ve lokasyonu ile mükemmelleştiren bir ev. Ev sahibi hem iletişim konusunda hem de ihtiyaçlarımıza karşılama konusunda çok yardımcı ve iyimserdi. Kesinlikle bu evi tercih ettiğimiz için çok memnun kaldık. Evde gösterilen ve yazılan bilgilerde eksiklik yoktu. Çok teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar konaklayacağımız kesin.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Garten und Terrasse
Der große Pool sorgt für Abkühlung und Entspannung.
Es gibt zwei weitere kleinere Ferienhäuser auf dem Gelände mit jeweils eigenen Pool und "Grundstück" so dass das nicht störend ist was jedoch im Inserat nicht klar kommuniziert wird.

Fantastic place within walking distance to the water. Super clean and lots of space, could easily host two couples. Sound wasn't an issue either as we got our best nights sleep while in Turkey here. Thank you for your great communication and flexibility Ülkü!

Harika bir hafta sonu geçirdik. Ev çok güzel ve temizdi, havuz da harikaydı; her şey harikaydı. Ev sahibi inanılmaz ilgiliydi, iletişim mükemmeldi ve hatta ağaçlardan meyve bile yiyebildik.
Kesinlikle geri döneceğiz... Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik.

Doğal , huzurlu ve keyifli bir yer. Havuzu, jakuzisi temizdi ve çocuklar için de çok eğlenceliydi. Arkadaki nehirde kanoları kullanabiliyorsunuz. Ev temizdi, mutfakta ihtiyacımızı karşılayacak her şey vardı. Ev sahibi de gayet ilgiliydi.

Just as show on the pictures, the house is lovely and spacious. You'll find all the amenities needed to have a perfect stay.
On top of that, Ayhan is extremely helpful and he made sure we had the best stat possible in Marmaris!
