Alright so this is a long but detailed review so here is the TL;DR the host is a lovely lovely man who is there 24/7 to help.
The house is exquisite and immaculate.

As soon as we entered for checkout we had a lovely smiling man greet us, he took all our bags and gave us a tour of the place which blew our minds. We needed sims so he told us exactly where to go and how to get them which made the holiday stress free. On the second day he told us he owned a jewellery store and took us and all of the jewellery was made in house. It was all real (I am still getting my ring evaluated so I will update soon) and he gave us tea and made us feel at home.

If we needed something he would. Organise to us. We wanted to do shisha he sorted it out.

Finally, I've never missed somewhere abroad than this Airbnb. I never usually go to the same place twice within the year but I am going to make an exception. I miss this home….

Thankful to be hosted at this Airbnb it was soo comfy,clean and has everything you need it's also so close to anything its between two beaches Içlemer beach and marmaris beach so you will enjoy your stay here I only stayed here for one day and it was not enough at all because only this Airbnb needs two days to enjoy the view that it has the host was the big part Mr.Ayhan was so helpful he informed us alot of the city and offered help at anytime we need I advise anyone who visites Marmaris to enjoy the amazing stay at this Airbnb and I'm diffently sure that you will enjoy

Wonderful modern furnished apartment right across the street from the cleanest Aegean sea. Will be good for up to 2 families of 4. Cagri is outstanding host, was very helpful and quick responsive. Nice beach with bar "Infinity" (good food, generous deal), also try BBQ restaurant close to the apt with authentic Turkish food (also cheap). Cafe Marina serves chocolate fondue with strawberries!!! There are plenty of public transport and taxi no need to rent a car.
So happy to find this place, meet Cagri and his family. Hope to return to this paradise once again.

Останавливались в апартаментах на 2 дня, далее было уже запланировано проживание в Фетхие. Но, побывав в апартаментах прям пожалели что так мало там пробыли. Впечатления только положительные!!! Все оказалось ещё лучше, чем на фото. К нашему приезду в апартаментах была чистота и порядок, полотенца аккуратно сложены на этажерке и пахли свежестью. Вид с балкона просто великолепный, до пляжа близко, при этом нет шума. Хозяин мегапозитивный, отзывчивый! В следующий приезд в Мармарис обязательно остановимся здесь)

Excellent place, was everything we expected it to be. It was so clean and comfortable with all the facilities you need for a home. The location is good, just one min to the beach and also two supermarkets very close. Ideal for families, friends and couples. There is always someone on hand if you need anything. The beach is very clean and a good beach walk. Every room has balcony and aircondition and you have a perfect seaview. The wi-fi is very good and there is two tv, also working very good.

This is a great apartment to stay while in Maramris, also for a family it is very comfortable.
We was welcomed by the host Mr Ayhan on a very short notice.
He welcomed us and offered us the ground floor apartment when seeing father had a bad knee.
The apartment itself is luxurious and spacious with everything you could possibly need or think of. Just like being in your own home.
Lovely front terrace too
No faults at all.
Highly recommended.

The apartment is great, we really enjoyed our staying! At first we were a bit disappointed to find busy road just in front of the building, but we quickly got used to it and in the night it was very quiet anyway. The apartment itself was so nice, beautiful and cozy that we stayed there even more then we intended. Ayhan is also nice and welcoming, thanks for our pleasant staying!

Благодаря доброте и отзывчивости хозяина мы сделали правильный выбор. У хозяина отличное владение английским языком. Удобно общаться. Квартира великолепная. Все соответствует фото. чистота идеальная даже под кроватями и на шкафах все чисто. постельное белье отличное. Посуда, техника, вообще все прекрасно. Все супер!!! Если будем в Мармарисе еще раз, то заселяться только сюда!

The accommodation was very clean, and the staff took great care to keep everything spotless throughout my stay. Everyone was extremely polite, friendly, and respectful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I truly appreciated their hospitality and attention to detail. I would definitely stay here again, and I hope to visit again next year. Highly recommended!

Très bel appartement avec une belle vue. Le logement est propre et facile d'accès. La plage est à 2 min. à pied. Ce logement est adapté tant au famille, que entre ami, et il y a beaucoup d'ustensile pour cuisiner. Très pratique. Je remercie également les propriétaires, ils sont très aimable et disponible. Je recommande ce logement et je n'hésiterai pas à revenir.

Ailecek çok memnun kaldık.Çok temiz, ihtiyaçlar için her eşya düşünülmüş. Evimizde gibi hissettik,yatak sayısı ve evin genişliği çok iyi .Mutfak ve lavabolar çok temizdi.bizimle ilgilenen kişi de çok yardımcı oldu çok kibardı çevrede gidilebilecek yerleri söyledi.Evin konumu da çok güzel yürüyerek sahile 2-3 dakika merkezi ve aktif bir bölgede.Çok memnun kaldık

A very clean and very comfortable apartment. The location is close to the sea and with good views. The road is a little busy and noisy but that didn't bother us. The host is super friendly, kind and helpful. He was flexible with our slightly early arrival time and met us in person. he lives in the same building and is always available if you need anything.

A perfect location, set just outside of the main busy area. A pleasant walk or bus ride into the Marina, old Town, shops and all local amenities. Sezen is a relaxed, friendly fellow who amazes me how quickly he answers texted questions. Lovely and clean, practical and bright apartment. We had a month there and it wasn't enough. We will be back…

Прекраное место, очень уютное, красивое, есть несколько WI-FI, красивая мебель, Smart TV, все удобства, гель для душа, всякие пренадлежности для ванны, полотенца, тапочки, хозяин очень добрый и притный человек, подсказал где найти морепродукты, посидел с нами за столиком где дал нам возможность приготовить рыбу и креветки)

Kısa tatilimizi harika doğası ve lokasyonu ile mükemmelleştiren bir ev. Ev sahibi hem iletişim konusunda hem de ihtiyaçlarımıza karşılama konusunda çok yardımcı ve iyimserdi. Kesinlikle bu evi tercih ettiğimiz için çok memnun kaldık. Evde gösterilen ve yazılan bilgilerde eksiklik yoktu. Çok teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar konaklayacağımız kesin.

מאוד נהננו בדירה!
דירה גדולה ומוארת, מתאימה למשפחה עם 2 ילדים. סלון גדול עם 2 מרפסות. לים 100 מטר, אבל החופים שייכים לבתי מלון. אבל בנסיעה של 5 דקות מגיעים לחוף ציבורי מאוד נחמד.
אינטרנט בבית מאוד חזק. במטבח יש כל מה שנדרש לשהייה ממושכת. מיטות נוחות ומצעים מפנקים. מארח תמיד היה זמין לנו תוך דקות ספורות.
אנחנו מאוד ממליצים!

Such a lovely host would do anything for you so easy to check in and feel so welcome..I really felt like home I didn't want to leave and will definitely be back to stay at Ali baba homes also so close to beach and high street for bars and restaurants also shopping..this is two close supermarkets for home essentials too

Spacious, silent and clean apartments, good for family or couple. It is located near public beach and Marmaris İçmeler Plajı (we recommend it!). We had no any problems, the host is friendly and responsive.

I'd recommend this apartments to everyone who'd like to enjoy holidays in Turkey!

Отличные апартаменты – полностью соответствуют описанию! Огромная гостиная, два балкона и две отдельные спальни. Очень удобные матрасы и подушки. Все необходимое в квартире для проживания есть. Заселение прошло быстро. Хозяин выходит на связь моментально. Однозначно рекомендую.
