Very good stay

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen. Der Eigentümer war äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich, ebenso sein Bekannter, der uns ebenfalls bei Fragen jederzeit unterstützt hat.

Die Wohnung war ordentlich, sauber und sehr gepflegt. Besonders positiv aufgefallen sind die schalldämmenden Fenster – trotz der Lage war von draußen praktisch nichts zu hören, sodass wir sehr ruhig schlafen konnten.

Auf unsere Anfrage hin wurden uns außerdem ein Babybett und ein Hochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt, was für uns als Familie sehr hilfreich war. Die Nähe zum Strand ist ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt – in wenigen Minuten ist man direkt am Meer.

Kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge hätten wir dennoch: Die Betten könnten etwas bequemer sein, und ein fester Parkplatz wäre eine schöne Ergänzung. Insgesamt sind das jedoch nur Kleinigkeiten, die unseren Aufenthalt kaum beeinträchtigt haben.

What an amazing host, really helpful, great location of the flat, opposite to Casa de Maris Hotel, with parking, on first floor, good for families with young kids, safe area, three air conditioners in the flat which was handy, had a wonderful sleep as well with balck out curtains, three large balconies with sitting area, I travelled with my 16 month old and a 6 year old, near by 24/7 grocery shops, restaurants. Sezen was amazing, gave us all the info we needed, also helped us to arrange a taxi with a discount to the airport, was prompt in answering any queries and lives in the same building, we requested a baby cot which was arranged very quickly, would definitely come back and stay here!! The flat is super clean with everything you need!

We requested to check out late as our flight was at midnight, usual checkout time was 11:00 but Sezen allowed us to stay till 14:00 free of charge which was a very kind gesture specially with kids on board
